Allow me to introduce myself - my name is Lindsay Peacock, and I love making sugar cookies!
I have been passionate about baking desserts for most of my adult life, and in 2021 I became consumed with learning everything I could about baking and decorating sugar cookies. There is always something new to learn with sugar cookies, and I love to pass that on whether it’s making unique cookies for your special occasion, or teaching skills through classes.
I live in Steveston with my husband, 2 kids and our dog, Finn. If you’ve picked up cookies from me before you’ve probably met him!
I love creating seasonal holiday cookies too. I have an online shop that I open up for holidays like Valentine's Day, Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

The ingredients I use for my sugar cookies are flour, sugar, eggs, vanilla bean paste, butter, salt, icing sugar, meringue powder, corn syrup, and food colouring gel.
Please note that I create my cookies in a kitchen that also processes nuts, wheat and dairy. While I take great care to prevent cross-contamination, there may be trace amounts of these allergens in my cookies.

I do not offer gluten-free cookies.

Cookies will remain fresh up to 2 weeks in their packaging at room temperature.
DO NOT PUT YOUR COOKIES IN THE FRIDGE!

Cookies can be frozen for up to 3 months.
For freezing, leave them in their sealed packaging and put them in an air-tight container before putting in the freezer.
For thawing, bring the cookies to room temperature for at least 3 hours. VERY IMPORTANT - do not remove the lid until cookies are completely thawed, otherwise condensation can form and ruin designs on the cookies.
DO NOT PUT YOUR COOKIES IN THE FRIDGE!

Your cookie order can be picked up from my home in Steveston. You will receive the address and pick-up time windows upon confirmation of your order. In some cases, delivery can be arranged for a fee.
